How much do we all love this site? I know, right? It’s insane how useful it is and so easy. The name is so spot on.  It truly is MyFitness Pal.  🙂

A Note to My Readers: Changes to the Blog

Today is my one year anniversary with this Blog!  Yay!  I am so happy to be here and so proud of the work I’ve done so far but there is so much more for me to do!  I hope you stick around to see all of the changes I have planned for my health and my blog!   And that brings me to today’s topic and my message to all of my lovely readers:
Don’t Be Afraid of Change.
When you are dieting sometimes it can be hard to admit when something isn’t working.  People always say “stick with it” and that’s a valid statement. I believe you should give everything at least 21  days before you make a decision that it isn’t helping you lose weight.  That said, it is equally important to realize when a change could help you even more than sticking with it.
