Are you ready for this? I weighed in and got my measurements taken. Even though I am still not looking at the actual number on the scale I did allow her to me pounds lost on the scale and more importantly – pounds of fat loss – THERE IS A DIFFERENCE FOLKS!

And did you guys notice something? Remember when I told you that the book promises results of “Drop 7 foods, drop 7 pounds in 7 days”? Remember that? And I said that I wasn’t doing this to see fast and quick results because been there, done that. PLUS, I figured that those results would be seen on people who were eating vastly different from this eating plan and my eating plan prior to the Virgin Diet was not vastly different. Well – did you notice total pounds lost on the scale……..7. It might have took me more than 7 days but 21 ain’t bad either! Wow! I can’t believe it worked. It’s hard to believe because it didn’t comes with the total exhaustion and depleted energy and starvation that I’ve done in the past to achieve weight loss. It just came with eating the right foods. Imagine that. And I know it wasn’t the bootcamp workouts because this was my fifth bootcamp and I never got these kind of results before.
